1. Please show your ID proof at the time of pass collection.

2. Garba participants need to attach PHOTO ID PROOF (govt. recognized) while filling the form.

3. Shishu Sanskrutik Garba shall not be responsible to participants /invitees /attendants /viewers for any damage or injury in person or property in the event of any stampede, disruption, civil commotion (riot) caused due to individual quarrel, dispute or natural events such as rain, fire, earthquake etc.

4. Registration is mandatory for every garba participant and he / she must wear the smart card around the neck while playing.

5. Traditional Garba attire is mandatory.

6. Wearing non traditional dress in not allow.

7. Garba participant must maintain discipline and code of conduct at the ground.

8. Garba participant must produce the smart card / Playing Pass as and when required by the organizers/volunteers/security.

9. Participants found under the influence of alcohol/drugs/misbehaving will be handed over to the police. The smart card will be confiscated and no refund will be given. The management’s decision in this regards will be final.

10. The smart card is for personal use of the Garba participant. The Card is non-transferable. Non- compliance of this will result in confiscation of the smart card without refund.

11. In case of any calamities / rains / fire or other mishaps and legal hurdles, which may cause change of time, cancellation or part cancellation of the festival, the amount is non-refundable.

12. Timings of Garba shall be as per government rules and regulations.

13. For any dispute or clarifications, the decision of Shishu Sanskrutik Garba shall be final. All legal disputes to Vadodara jurisdiction only.

14. Preserve your smart card / playing pass carefully.

15. In case of lost smart card please inform Shishu Sanskrutik Garba volunteer immediately at the ground. Duplicate smart card may be issued by paying Rs.590(incl. GST 18%) which is non-refundable.

17. If you are not resident of Gujarat and if you have no local contact address, you can collect your pass from Shishu Sanskrutik Garba venue between 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the previous day of the garba start-up. (i.e. from 25th Sept. 2022) (If in case your relatives/friends will be coming for collecting your pass then he/she has to submit his/her id proof along with the participant’s receipt)

18. Please ensure to upload a proper present “PASSPORT SIZE” photo in absence of which your application will not be considered.
